Job Description:
1.To plan and conduct supplier Initial Evaluation (potential supplier)
2.Supplier development (product and process) up to PPAP approval
3.Supplier support for the new parts and to gain with the supplier the *** time right
4.Supplier development to meet Saleri requirements
5.Assuring the alignment of measuring methods
6.Active support in final customer claim management
7.To work with the supplier on effectiveness of the corrective action and management of Saleri claims
8.To perform Supplier auditing
9.Suppliers Performances evaluation (Vendor Rating)
10.In order to make these processes incisive and efficient, SQM, cooperates with the Purchasing Department, both Local and Global.
11.Perform the supplier re-qualification, relocation and process changes according to VDA6.3 standard
Requirement:
1.Bachelor or above in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, with 5 years of experience in supplier quality management in automotive.
2.knowledge about production and analysis process and sub-components of electronic boards
3.Knowledge of processes about mechanical, castings, thermoplastics, and rubber components
4.Knowledge of mechanical drawings
5.Knowledge of measurement / test equipment
6.Good knowledge of English
7.Good knowledge of core tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, 8D, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, Risk-based thinking)
8.Good knowledge of problem-solving tools (Ishikawa, 5Why’s)
9.Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016
10.VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.5
