Major Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for test process development with Product Engineering.
2. Programming for test machines to realize machine control, test logics, data acquisition and analysis to get test results.
3. New product test programs debug and sample delivery.
4. Current test processes optimization. (cycle time/head count etc.)
5. Test machines’ downtime support.
6. Test machines’ FTQ improvement.
7. Open issues list tracking and close in audits.
8. Responsible for machine supplier management to make sure good delivery.

Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
1. Engineering degree in Mechanical engineering and automation Control is required
2. Good problem solving skill, planning skill, and technical learning ability
3. Communication & reporting skills in English, resource management and good team work, manage conflict.
4. Highly skilled in LabVIEW programming.
5. Understand machine electrical drawings
6. Knowledge of servo drive / motor tech/ sensors/LVDT/Torque cell/load cell.
7. Familiar with all kind of standard control circuit design, be able to design control circuit as required. Familiar with electric installation standard.
8. Familiar with common instruments and transduces theory and application,be able to finish the instruments/transducers selection and setup.
9. Familiar with DAQ theory and common methods/tools, good at setup DAQ hardware/software as required.
10. Familiar with computer hardware/software, good at computer system operations, be able to modify/setup system configurations, good at computer trouble shooting.
11. Familiar with CAN and Lin communication protocol.
12. Knowledge of PLC and machine automation is better.

Experience:
1. 5-10 years’ experience in industrial machine controls with emphasis on electrical highly preferred
2. Technical experience or background in Manufacturing engineer& test Engineer is highly preferred.
