1.Responsible for testing procedure establishing and optimizing,make sure the testing equipment running smoothly with high performance;

2. Generate test specification for the new projects. Responsible for test equipments failure support, ensure all test equipments running in good status, arrange test tasks, and improve team skills;
为新项目生成测试规范.测试设备的故障支持,确保所有测试设备在良好状态下运行.安排测试任务,提升团队技能;
3. Track the processing status of hardware and software problems, analyze problems and promote timely solution,.
跟踪软硬件问题的处理状态,分析问题并推动及时解决 ;
4. As a leader of current test equipments improvement actions, Including old fixtures redesign and old station refit for new products;
主导现有测试设备的改进行动,包括新产品旧夹具的重新设计和老工位的改造;
5. Monitor and improvement of Test Yields, Test Efficiency, Tester Intermittencies, electrical defects, and overall tester performance;
监控并提升测试良率,测试效率,测试间歇,电气缺陷和整体测试性能的提高;
6. Master PC data management, make data backup for Master PC&Vision&Function, analyze the log file if test equipments in problems;
掌握PC数据管理,为PC& vision & function做数据备份,分析测试设备出现问题的日志文件;

Requirements/要求
1. Bachelor degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and electrical integrity region,collage can also if strong ability;
本科学历电子或电气相关专业,视能力可以大专;
2. 5 years relevant test engineering experience, familiar with VB /labview language is preferred;
5年以上相关测试工程经验,熟悉VB/labview语言优先;
3. Experienced in testing machine software design and setup or has similar project experience;
有测试设备软件设计和设备调试经验或有类似项目经验;
4. Good communication skills and team work spirit. Good english listening ,reading and writing skills;
良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,良好的英语听读写能力;
