岗位职责: 1.Communicate with customers through 400 hotlines, e-mail, WeChat etc. 400热线电话服务。公众号和电子邮件等线上服务。 2.Provide consulting and inquiry services to dealers and end users. Confirm question orders, handle repair quotations, follow and rush up orders and deal with returns etc. 向经销商和终端用户提供咨询、查询服务,确认订单,处理维修报价,订单跟进,退货等服务。 3.Register and report according to process requirements. Write and revise various documents. 根据流程要求做好各项登记记录,并整理汇报。制作和修订各类文件。 4.Communicate and coordinate with production, sales and other departments. 与生产、销售等各部门沟通协调相关事务。 5.Deal with customer complaints.
