招聘要求:
1.Communicate with customers through 400 hotlines, e-mail, WeChat etc... and respond timely with patience and compassion, follow-up actions. Goal – Customers find it easier to do business with Starkey and there is always someone on the customer service team who will listen, understand and help solve problems timely.

2.Provide consulting and inquiry services to dealers and end users. Confirm question orders, handle repair quotations, follow and expediate orders (when necessary) and deal with product returns etc.
向经销商和终端用户提供咨询、查询服务，确认订单，处理维修报价，订单跟进，退货等服务。
3.Register and report according to process requirements. Prep and revise various documents.
根据流程要求做好各项登记记录，并整理汇报。制作和修订各类文件。
4.Communicate and coordinate with production, sales and other departments.
与生产、销售等各部门沟通协调相关事务。
5.Deal with customer complaints. Improve customer satisfaction.
处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度。
6.Other tasks assigned by the manager
完成部门主管指派的其它工作。


岗位职责：
1.Good communication skills (on the phone, instant messaging tools) with empathy; Be able to understand and help customers find solutions when there is a problem. Possess a strong desire to help customers solve problems.
良好的沟通技巧，安抚客户情绪的能力。
2.College degree or above. Good English skill is preferred.
大专及以上学历。英语好的优先。
3.Excellent level of Mandarin. Experience in telephone etiquette training and 400/800 telephone service is preferred.
普通话标准。有电话礼仪培训经历，400/800电话服务经验者优先。
4.Proficient in computer operation, familiar with office software, experience in CRM/ERP system or similar is preferred.
熟练操作Word/Excel/Power Point等Office软件。有CRM/ERP或类似系统操作经验者优先。
5.Excellent analytical understanding, strong presentation skills
