Major Responsibilities:
80 Lead material planning team to achieve team objectives and deliver budget on Inventory cost.
80 Overall supervise supplier demand/forecast, planning /inventory systems and co-work with suppliers & GSM to ensure 100% on-time-delivery.
80 People management and Development: PFT on time, specific targets, training needs identified, structure and personnel to support business needs.
80 Supervise inventory levels to meet/beat budget commitment and keep improvement in inventory turns. Weekly review of top 80% value items inventory status by category. Control and eliminate E&O in reasonable level.
80 Supervise components supplier delivery performance. Support on critical problems solving.
80 Participate MCIP & ERP system upgrade activities
Skills and Abilities/Qualification:
80 Bachelor’s degree or above
80 Excellent English (oral and written).
80 Strong Planning/organizing/analysis/couching skill
80 Strong computer application skill (Microsoft Office) and ERP skill
80 Strong leadership, interpersonal and motivation skills. Supervisory experience is preferred.
80 Self-motivated and result oriented, with teamwork sprit.
80 Can work under high dynamic, pressure and challenge environment
80 APICS knowledge and CPIM certificates is a bonus
Experience:
80 Experience in Auto industry
80 Good experience with planning process improvement
80 Experience with MS Office tools (word, excel, ppt etc.)
