Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Establish and maintain relationships with the Ministry of Education, local governments, research institutions, etc., Actively participate in and carry out cooperation, and promote the implementation of projects on the ground.
2. Attend activities organized by government departments, understand and convey the spirit of the meetings, and actively coordinate cooperation between government, university and enterprises.
3. Pay attention to various policy and regulatory dynamics related to the organization, conduct policy research and analysis, and provide support for decision-making.
4. Be responsible for daily communication with government departments, provide government public relations support for the operation of university projects, and obtain useful information for universities in a timely manner.
5. Accumulate and consolidate long-term relationships between university and government departments, expand and maintain good collaboration with professors and academic leaders from universities and research institutes, and participate together in academic conferences, project applications, and other matters.
6. Participate in organizing and implementing activities related to the government, and handle various emergencies flexibly.
7. Perform other related tasks assigned by the leadership.

2. 出席政府部门组织的相关活动,了解传达会议精神,积极协调政校企间的合作关系。
3. 关注与组织相关的各类政策、法规动态,进行政策研究分析,为决策提供支持。
4. 负责与政府部门等的日常沟通交流,为高校项目运作提供政府公关支持,及时获取对高校有用的信息。
5. 积累和巩固高校与政府的长期资源关系,拓展并维护与高校、科研院所教授、学术带头人的良好协作,并共同参与学术会议、申报项目等事项。
6. 参与组织和实施与政府有关的活动,灵活处理各种应急事宜。
7. 履行领导交办的其他相关事宜。
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for public administration, political science, law, education, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of experience in public relations or government affairs, including at least 2 years of management experience.
3. Familiar with national education policies, regulations, and trends in higher education development.
4. Proficient in government affairs processes, including project application, qualification approval, etc.
5. Successful project management experience, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion.
6. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
7. Fluent in both Chinese and English communication.
1. 学士学位及以上,优先考虑公共管理、政治学、法学、教育学或相关专业。
2. 至少5年以上的公共关系或政府关系工作经验,其中至少2年的管理经验。
3. 熟悉国家教育政策、法规和高等教育发展趋势。
4. 精通政府事务流程,包括项目申报、资质审批等。
5. 具备成功的项目管理经验,能够同时处理多个项目并确保按时完成。
6. 优异的组织、领导和沟通能力。
7. 流畅的中英文沟通能力。
