1. Manage production planning schdule , release work order;
2. Communicate with sales team to commit shipment date based on customers' request；
2. Communicate with OSATs, analyze supply demand matching , identify root cause of shortage and drive to close the gap；
3.Daily tracking and managing WIP movement , circle time and hold/aged materials in OSATs
4. Supply chain system like as ERP,MES,Net suite, Booking backlog billing report data managemnt；
5. Purchase order application , tracking, receiving , billing check and vendor Invoice Entry ；
6. Supply planning upside analysis including NPI/MP， involving capacity/hardware planning , planning parameters , material , BOM , test flow;
7 .Customers information managemnt and maintenance ；
8. Inform OSATs and arrange shipment per customers's request；
9. Proudction cost control and Lead time improvement.

任职要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above in microelectronics, industry engineering , supply chain management.
2. 3~5years's experience in semiconductor manufacturing production planning &control under supply chain area.
3. Experience in outsourcing /OSAT management/design house related arear.
4. Good oral and written English.
5.Team player and very patient for tedious thing.
