一、台架实验室日常运行管理
Bench Laboratory daily management
1、实验室测试项目进程监督,保证项目按计划执行（如，实验方案评审、计划安排、日程管控、测试原始记录审核等）。
Laboratory test project progress supervision, make sure all projects is testing according to schedule (e.g.,Test procedure review, planning, schedule review, test data review and confirm etc.).
2、实验相关数据汇总、分析与汇报（如，设备使用率、人工效率、试验标准工时或其他重要数据）。
Summary, analyze, report the test-related data. (e.g., equipment utilization, manual efficiency, test standard work hours or other important data).
3、 实验室测试工程师、机械&软件设计工程师及技术员的日常工作安排。
Daily work arrangement of laboratory test engineer, mechanical & software design engineer and technician.
4、 日常7S与安全的检查与维护
Daily 7S and safety inspection and maintenance.

二、台架实验室技术相关工作跟进
Be responsible for Bench laboratory technology related work.
1、试验技术相关工作的组织与跟进（比如台架试验能力开发、第三方实验室技术评审、失效分析、能力验证、实验室对比试验等）。
Organize and follow up the test technology-related work (such as Bench test capability development, third-party Lab technical review, failure analysis, proficiency testing, laboratory comparison tests, etc.)
2、相关物资的技术确认的组织与跟进（如治具/消耗品验收、新采购设备的技术能力评定等）。
Organize and follow-up technical related materials (such as fixtures/consumable acceptance, technical capability assessment of newly purchased equipment, etc.)
3、根据新的测试需求，组织机械&软件工程师设计开发新的测试台架；制作开发方案，评估开发成本，并和客户讨论技术方案。
Organize Mechanical & software engineers to design and develop new test bench according to new test requirements; Make development plan, evaluate development cost, and discuss technical plan with customers;
4、指定并完成年度台架开发计划，完成高新企业及专利资料的编写和申请。
Designate and complete the annual bench development plan, and complete the preparation and application of high-tech enterprises and patent materials.

三、实验室体系（IEC/ISO 17025）相关工作跟进
Be responsible for laboratory system （IEC/ISO 17025）related work
1、实验室体系的运行与维护（年度计划的执行、日常试验活动的体系符合性等）。
Perform and maintain the laboratory system (implementation of the annual plan, system compliance of daily test activities, etc.)
2、外部审核的支持（如CNAS审核、客户审核等）
Support for external audits (e.g. CNAS audits, customer audits, etc.)
3、内部审核的支持（如内审、管理评审等）
Support for internal audits (e.g. internal audits, management reviews, etc.)

四、实验室团队建设及人员管理
Build the lab teamand manage the staffs.
1、人员效率的提升及绩效目标的制定与评定。
Improve personnel efficiency. Stand evaluate performance target.
2、识别员工培训需求并组织安排培训，提升团队人员能力，形成梯队建设。
Identify staff training needs. Organize and arrange the trainings. Enhance team personnel capabilities and form echelon construction.
3、人员纪律的管理与监督
Management supervisor the personnel discipline.
4、定期评估人头是否匹配产能并做适当调整
Periodically assess whether the headcount matches the capacity and make appropriate adjustments.

五、其他相关工作
Other related work
1、 实验室费用预算的制定和控制。
Make and control the section cost budget.
2、处理并跟进投诉与建议，提升内外部客户满意度。
Handle and follow up complaints and suggestions to improve internal and external customer satisfaction.
3、 协同其他小组处理相关事务
Collaborate with other sections to deal with related matters.
4、完成经理安排的其他工作
Complete other work that assigned by the manager.

任职资格 Qualifications：
一、教育水平 Education
大学本科以上学历
Bachelor degree or above degree is preferred.

二、专业 Major
理工科类专业（机械，自动化，材料等）
Automotive Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Material Engineering / Electric Engineering etc.

三、培训经历 Trainings
ISO/IEC17025体系/不确定度/实验标准/机械制图软件/Labview 软件
ISO/IEC17025system/uncertainty/test specification/mechanical engineering drawing software/Labview software

四、经验 Experiences
5年及以上实验室管理（ISO/IEC17025体系）经验,熟悉台架测试的实验要求，有一定的机械及labview软件设计经验优先。
At least 5 years Lab( related ISO/IEC17025 system )manager experience, familiar bench testing requirement , with mechanical and labview design will be perfect

五、知识 Knowledge
试验台架相关测试标准，CET-4（英文读，写；听，说能掌握更好）
Bench Test standards and requirements, CET-4 (English skills of reading, writing; listening, speaking skill can be better)

六、技能技巧 Skills
OFFICE、实验设备操作熟练、制图读图能力、沟通交流能力、运用工具分析问题、解决问题的能力
OFFICE, experimental equipment operation proficiency, drawing reading ability,
good communication, ability to analyze and solve problems by using tools.
