As a Hunter, you will focus on developing new client resources and expanding market share. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients and converting them into formal customers through effective sales strategies and communication skills. This role requires high levels of proactivity, market insight, and strong negotiation skills to secure new clients and business opportunities in a competitive market.
主要职责 (Key Responsibilities):
· 主动识别和开发新客户机会:通过市场调研、行业分析和广泛的网络拓展,寻找并开发潜在客户和商业机会。
Proactively identify and develop new client opportunities by conducting market research, industry analysis, and extensive networking to find and cultivate potential clients and business opportunities.
· 制定并执行销售计划:根据市场动态和公司战略,制定全面的销售计划,确保新客户开发目标的实现。
Develop and execute sales plans based on market dynamics and company strategy to ensure new client acquisition targets are met.
· 市场分析和竞争情报收集:定期进行市场分析,深入了解客户需求、行业趋势及竞争对手情况,调整销售策略。
Regularly conduct market analysis to deeply understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
· 客户关系建立与维护:通过有效的沟通和产品演示,建立并维护与潜在客户的联系,推动签署合同并达成交易。
Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and product demonstrations, driving contract signings and deal closures.
· 销售进展跟踪与报告:负责跟踪销售进展,定期更新销售报告,向团队分享市场信息和客户反馈。
Track sales progress, regularly update sales reports, and share market insights and client feedback with the team.
· 参与市场推广策略制定:与市场团队合作,参与制定市场推广策略,提升公司品牌知名度和市场影响力。
Participate in the development of marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market influence.
· 跨部门协作:与公司内部团队紧密合作,确保客户需求的准确传递和后续跟进。
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate communication and follow-up of client needs.
职位要求 (Requirements):
· 教育背景:大学本科及以上学历,市场营销、商务管理或相关专业优先。
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
· 工作经验:具备2年以上销售经验,尤其是新客户开发方面的成功记录。
Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in new client acquisition.
· 技能要求:优秀的沟通能力和谈判技巧,能够有效影响客户决策。熟练使用销售管理工具和CRM系统,具备良好的数据分析能力。
Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively influence client decisions. Proficiency in sales management tools and CRM systems, with strong data analysis skills.
