Key Responsibilities: 61 Lead SAP implementation, configuration, and optimization projects within the PAYER Group. 61 Ensure alignment with the PAYER Group SAP & IT strategy to drive business efficiency. 61 Analyze business requirements and develop customized SAP solutions based on best practices. 61 Provide expert guidance on SAP modules, ensuring seamless integration with operations. 61 Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to enhance processes. 61 Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill internal teams on SAP functionalities. 61 Diagnose and resolve system issues, offering second- and third-level technical support. 61 Stay informed on SAP innovations and recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications & Skills: 61 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields. 61 5-10 years of experience in SAP consulting, preferably in industrial manufacturing. 61 Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly valued. 61 Expertise in SAP logistics modules (MM, PP, SD, LE/WM); additional knowledge in FICO, SAP PLM, PM, QM is a plus. 61 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. 61 Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams. 61 Fluency in English; 61 Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Malaysia and China.
