Job Description:
1. Daily monitor the running status of the local network system, servers & storage& backup system, provide *** line support and make suggestions for continuous improvement.
2. Provide onsite support on the network system configuration, design and system upgrading, with the remote guide.
3. Handle the installation, maintenance and upgrade of the company server system, following the instructions.
4. Assist global IT team to implement network security policy, prevent network attacks and protect company data security.
5. Complete the other tasks assigned by manager/supervisor

Position Requirements (education, skills, training & experience)：
1. University degree for Information Technology major or relative fields，2 or above years relevant working experience.
2. Familiar with the debugging and maintenance of the mainstream brand switches, routers, firewalls, wireless devices
3. Familiar with Windows, Linux system, and basic information security management knowledge
4. Basic script ability (Python/Shell) to realize automatic operation and maintenance is preferred
5. Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG) is preferred.
6. Good communication, clear thinking, good expression, and good service awareness
7. Strong execution, good team cooperation sense
8. Good English skills on writing and speaking
9. Capability to continue studying and self-improvement.
10. Relevant internship experience and certificates from Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, PMP, etc. are preferred
11. Outstanding fresh graduates can be considered.
