1. Provide IT support and services for staff and students, including but not limited to computer software and hardware, peripheral printers, networks, application systems, etc 2. Provide rapid response and maintenance services for various IT systems and IT equipment on the XEC campus. 3. Maintain Data Center, including security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. 4. Monitor network and intelligent facility performance and troubleshoot problem areas. 5. Support various offline and online teaching, meetings, and activities. 6. Other tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; 2. At least two years of relevant work experience.
Required Competencies and Skills:
1. Experience in maintaining, managing, installing, and configuring user computers; 2. Fluent English ability, CET-6 or IELTS 5.5 or above; 3. Good interpersonal and communication skills; 4. Team-working, transparency spirit, patience, and interest in learning new technologies; 5. Willingness to learn and work in an international campus environment.
