Job Summary Be responsible for the post operation of the inspection, strictly follow the SOP to carry out the post operation, ensure the compliance of the operation and record in the production process, and timely report the abnormalities in the production. Receive possible post rotation. Other works according to the production demand and the arrangement of the line manager Key Responsibilities 61 Be responsible for DP16 inspection during the manufacturing phase including: 61 Be responsible for preparation of inspection before production, including but not limited products transfer, instruments check, etc. 61 Be responsible for production of inspection, including but not limited products manual visual inspection. 61 Be responsible for the work of inspection after production, including but not limited to handle the unaccepted products, statistics of unaccepted products, equipment cleaning, products transfer etc. 61 Be responsible for the sop initiating, training and revising of working area, and initiate/maintain the MBR template per sop. 61 Be responsible for routine maintenance of equipment, including but not limited to instruments calibration, critical components maintenance or replacement. 61 Be responsible for the room management (5S) within working area. 61 Be responsible for the manual packaging production 61 Support the equipment qualification activity of working area. 61 Participate in other production activity of plant. 61 Support other areas or post rotation if needed. 61 Compliance is *** 61 Assist in the introduction of automatic inspection machines and support C&Q 61 Other works arranged by the line manager. Qualification 61 College degree or above, major in pharmaceutical related subject or industrial engineering or equivalent 61 Have the ability of reading and writing of English, good English speaking is a plus 61 Vison 5.0 + Experience 61 +3 years’ related experience in pharmaceutical company 61 Have some initiating experience of change control or deviation.
