The jobholder manages NPI Projects of Barco Healthcare. The Project Manager is responsible for New Product Introduction (NPIs) of both ICFC and ICFW to support the business growth, from BCR until FQR to ensure successful completion of all agreed stage gates within the agreed specification, schedule, budget & quality requirement. This position acts as the primary interface among all relevant stakeholders to have sufficient coordination and communication to maximize the team efficiency, escalating issues when appropriate to facilitate transparency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve project schedule & budget at each stage gate from BCR until FQR;
- Manage product quality, cost & timing, reproducibility & project specifications；
- Act as the primary interface to drive project progress, follow up & communicate project status & KPIs to the cross-function/cross region stakeholders in effective way；
- Manage project scope and project risks；
- Initiate corrective or remedial actions and escalate the problem to the right people when necessary to ensure positive project progress;
- Write internal and external project documentation
- Support on customer critical-to-quality (CTQ) objectives, regulatory requirements where needed;
- Other tasks assigned by the team leader.

Competence:
- 5-10 working experience with technical knowledge of display, Brand or ODM experience is preferred.
- Proficient in using project management tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Chinese & English
- Familiar with ISO, IEC, MDD, FDA and other regulatory standards is a plus
