Major Accountabilities:
1、Develops project plans (project scope, timelines, cost, resources, risk, quality, communications and procurement) then lead and deploy overall project timing with the team.
2、In contact with OEMs as necessary (kick-off, steering meetings…) to ensure that project execution meets customer expectation.
3、Coordinate the cross functional teams to develop & implement plans to fit within timelines & key dates.
4、Conduct regular project team meetings and ensure teams are accountable for their deliverables & timelines, and manage risk escalation and resolution. Communicate effectively, develop & conduct regular presentations.
5、Prepare minutes/action plans following meetings to ensure all parties are appraised of progress at all times.
6、Travel will be required to ensure key deliverables/launches at the plant.
7、Manage and track all prototype phases A,B,C up to and including PPAP, followed by ramp up tracking Identify, analyst, resolve and/or escalate risks in a timely manner in line within Product team.
8、Able to report/interface with Senior Management and OEMs – for clear and concise communication.
9、Ensure smooth program transfer from Program Management to Production Operation.

Major Qualifications:
1、Engineering degree or equivalent.
2、Project Management experience more than 5 years, 5~8 years plus preferred.
3、Must be very well organized & disciplined, Experience with working on multi projects – up to 3-4 at any time.
4、Excellent communication skills.
5、Attention to detail, Must be a Team Player.
