Responsibility: 1. Develop and calculate design proposals according to customer requirements and Mubea specifications.
2. Discuss the design proposal with customers to explain in detail the technical properties and arrive to freeze the design for prototypes.
3. Define customer drawing according to specification and future product industrialization.
4. Prepare input for prototype production. Plan the prototype schedule to meet the prototypes delivery according to customer.
5. Perform the needed design verification on prototypes to be sure they are in line with drawing and customer requirements (release according to design verification plan).
6. Plan the needed validation testing activities (new project, product & process change, production monitoring, quality need).
7. Plan and analyze the laboratory investigations to verify material and mechanical properties are according to Mubea standard and customer requirements.
8. Support the product validation activities to ensure customer technical specifications are fulfilled.
9. Contribute to problem solving and lesson learned activities with production and quality.
10. Actively communication with production and quality in case any deviation found in product performance.
11. Support localization projects.
12. Work / cooperate with Mubea Headquarter.
