Responsibility: 1. Develop customer strategies and overseeing implementation of those strategies 2. Manage the profitability of the customer assigned 3. Coordinate quotations to ensure consistent pricing logic and to protect margin 4. Negotiates product pricing and related contracts and agreements insuring a profitable return to MUVIQ. 5. Seeks out new business opportunities at the customer with existing products or new products for continued business growth. 6. Direct functions performed are pursuing quotation opportunities, price negotiations, product applications, quality consultation and assurance of proper deliveries. 7. Manage budgeting activities for their respective customer 8. Assumes general representation of Dayco business through personal visitation, communication, and entertainment to instill trust and confidence with the customer. 9. Interfaces with internal and external contacts regarding product specifications, cost/price and timing. 10. Develops and maintains relationships at Customer matrix levels in order to understand customer trends. 11. Provides input of current market conditions to corporate forecasting for the purpose of meeting business plan objectives and budgets. 12. Assists in organizing communication lines between customer and MUVIQ to assure a mutually effective working relationship. 13. Resolves all issues between customer and MUVIQ for the purpose of maintaining a healthy business relationship 14. Manages the efficiency of the sales and the customer technical assistance 15. Understands all products responsible for including form, fit and function and benchmarks to the competition. Assists in establishing, developing, and executing marketing/sales strategies, plans, and sales forecasts for respective area based on current and projected sales orders. 16. Conduct analysis of customer quotations to ensure compliance with program targets and assumptions. 17. Interface with program engineering team to develop customer quotations including preparation of supporting documentation. 18. Records all the agreements with the customer and updates the contractual documentation on the complete program. Ensures total customer satisfaction through proper quality system.
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Vehicle,have at least 5 years of sales experience in auto parts industry 2. Manage complexity; Problem solving; Communicate and share information. 3. Build strong work relationships. Result orientation. 4. Good English is preferred. 5. Good Commercial vehicle experience(Cummins, Weichai,Sinotruk,FAWDE)is preferred.
