岗位职责: 1.Complete end to end administration of the quotation and order management process. 全面负责报价与订单管理流程的端到端各项事务; 2.Interpret full store plans and convert the quotations for project work. 解读完整门店图纸并据此制作项目报价单; 3.Raise spare parts quotations for project work. 为项目工作编制备件报价; 4.Assist with customer emails regarding projects/stock availability and freight. 协助处理客户关于项目、库存可用性及物流发运的邮件; 5.Communicate and lead a discussion about store drawing requirements. 与客户沟通并主导门店图纸需求相关的讨论; 6.Convert quotes to orders and update customer of ETAs. 将报价转化为订单,并及时向客户更新预计交付时间; 7.Interacting with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and WeChat channels. 通过电话、邮件、微信等多个渠道与客户保持沟通; 8.Identifying and communicating potential improvements in customer experience and end to end order process. 识别并提出提升客户体验与订单全流程的优化建议; 9.Assisting with new product roll-outs and initiatives related to customer service. 协助新产品上市及与客户服务相关的各项新举措; 10.Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 专业、及时地处理客户咨询、问题解决与投诉响应; 11.Play as key role of SME(Subject Matter Expertise) as QAD upgrade project. 在QAD系统升级项目中担任关键的业务专家(SME)角色; 12.Build internal bridges and ensure a seamless customer experience. 搭建内部协作桥梁,确保客户体验的一致性与顺畅度; 任职要求: 1.Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. 优秀的英文书面和口头沟通能力; 2.Bachelor degree or above. 本科及以上学历; 3.5-7 years relative working experience. 拥有5至7年相关工作经验; 4.Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation. 出色的人际沟通技巧,具备强烈的客户服务意识; 5.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 能够同时处理多项任务,合理安排优先级,有效管理时间; 6.Show initiative and be a team player. 积极主动,具备良好的团队合作精神; 7.Ability to work under pressure and embrace change. 能够在压力下工作,适应变化并积极应对。
