【Responsibility 职责】
61 Visit/contact customers and ensure that customer needs (including existing and new projects) are properly followed up in order to achieve greater sales.
拜访/联系客户以确保客户的需求(包含既有项目及新项目)妥善跟进,以寻求销售的极大化,并负责与客户环境要求的接收,组织客户环境要求的评审,客户环境协议的签署
61 Maintain/enhance relationships with customer and coordinate all efforts amongst different departments to ensure the highest customer satisfaction
维持/增进客户关系,并协调公司各不同部门之行动以确保***的客户满意度
61 Sales planning, executing, analyzing, forecasting, reporting, and budget planning
销售相关的的计划、执行、分析、预测、报告,以及预算编列
61 Project P&L evaluation, quotation, commercial negotiation, contract reviewing/signing, P/O collecting, delivery and to providing assistance with customer related matters to all internal departments
项目的损益评估、报价、商务谈判、合同评审/签订、订单获取、交付,并对公司各部门提供与客户相关事项的协助
61 Research/explore new markets/customers; visit/participate in relevant exhibitions
调研/开发新市场与新客户;参观/参与相关展会
61 Monitor and search market dynamics/trends and competition statuses
关注并收集市场动态/趋势及竞争态势
61 Accounts receivable follow-up

61 Provide all appointed reports to sales department manager

61 Responsible for achieving target at assigned account

61 Do data analytics, strong focus on driving growth at assigned account.

61 Strong focus on Automotive business on Kendrion products through the most profitable channels. 寻求最有效渠道,致力于Kendrion产品的汽车业务上。
61 Responsible for all sales to relevant accounts which requires alignment and coordination with Automotive sales team for spares sales. 负责所有相关帐户的销售,与汽车销售团队进行有效合作。
61 Team with FAE, PE, PM, R&D, Opeartion, Souring…to present a simple way of doing business with our customers.
与FAE,PE,PM,R&D,Opeartion, Souring等团队合作,提出与客户开展业务的有效方法。
61 Daily engagement with sr. management at customer as well as frequent briefings to Kendrion BU Manager. 每天与客户经理沟通,并经常向Kendrion BU经理进行简报。

【Qualification 任职资格】
61 Min. Bachelor degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or similar technical education
本科以上学历,机械工程、电气工程专业或同等技术学历
61 Good at English speaking, reading, and writing
良好的英语读、说、写能力。
61 Good at problem solving, planning, executing, and reporting
良好的问题处理能力、计划、执行、汇报能力
