1. Be responsible for quality development and control for NPI project , create CP, quality inspection instructions, and organize the review with team .

2. Prepare the PPAP documents and submit to customer, till to get the signed PSW 准备PPAP文件并提交给客户，直至获得签署的PSW;
3. deal with the process quality issue with team, and keep track of the actions till to close 处理工艺质量问题，并跟踪行动直至结束;
4. Deal with the customer complain, give the quick response to the customer and keep a good communication with customer 处理客户投诉，快速响应客户，与客户保持良好沟通
5. Tracking internal quality issue, analysis the root case, take action to resolve it.追踪内部质量问题，分析根本原因病采取改善行动。
6. Be responsible for gauge development and approval负责量具开发和审批
7. Conduct regular process audit on site and focus on potential safety hazard, quality risk elimination, quality issue resolving and efficiency improvement

8. Give the training about quality to QC 对QC和操作员进行质量培训。

1. Experience of lead customer complaint handling independently 有独立主导客诉处理的经验
2. Familiar with process quality control methods, and fluent in using data analysis tools like Minitab and Excel diagrams

3. Familiar with PFMEA/CP, carry the corresponding controls to Inspection WI； 熟悉PFMEA，熟练应用CP, 将相应的管控要求导入作业指导书

6. 3 year’s above experience in process/product/customer quality management in Auto industry;汽车零部件行业3年及以上过程/产品/客户质量管理经验。
7. Writing and Reading ability requirements for English, CET 6 preferred 有良好的英语读写能力；CET6优先考虑
8. College or above for quality/electronics or machinery major;大专及以上学历，质量控制，电子或者机械专业；
9. Be familiar with Automotive WIRE HARNESS processing and quality control is preferred; 熟悉汽车线束工艺和质量管控者优先考虑
