61与***管理团队一起制定质量方针和KPI。
Define the Quality policy and KPIs with the Top Management team.

61确保ISO 14001和IATF 16949认证的维护和使用。
Ensure the maintaining and of ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 Certifications.

61 负责质量手册的更新，确保所有工艺文件的更新。
Responsible for updating the Quality Manual and ensuring all process documentations are up to date.

61监督质量部处理不合格品、顾客索赔和进货检验。
Supervise the Quality department in charge of handling non-conformities, customer claims and incoming inspection.

61与相关职能部门一起计划和实施内部审核、客户审核和第三方审核。
Plan and carry out the internal audits, customer audits, and third-party audits, in conjunction with related function and departments.

61协调实施持续改进以提高客户满意度。推动核心团队改进COPQ。
Coordinates the implementation of continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction. Drive the core team to improve COPQ.

61引领根本原因分析，确保纠正和预防措施的实施。
Lead root-cause analysis and ensure the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

61批准变更、偏差、风险评估、纠正措施和建议的预防措施。
Approve changes, deviations, risk assessments, corrective actions, and proposed preventative actions.

61负责质量部门的团队组建、人员招聘、培训与绩效考核，提升团队专业素养与执行。
Responsible for the team building, personnel recruitment, training and performance assessment of the quality department to improve the team's professionalism and execution.

61 参与组织能力发展。
Take part in organizational competence development.
职位要求Qualifications

61 机械工程学士学位或同等学历，5年以上制造产品质量和合规管理经验。
Bachelor-degree of MACHENICAL Engineering or equivalent and Minimum 5 years responsibility in the management of quality and compliance systems for manufacturing products.

61 汽车工业技术背景，熟知ISO/IATF标准
Technical background in automotive industry. Excellent understanding of ISO/IATF standards

61 熟悉质量控制工具（6西格玛）和持续改进工具
Familiar with QC tools (6 Sigma) and continuous improvement tools

61 严谨，自主，有条不紊，沟通能力和解决问题的能力
Rigorous, autonomous, methodical, communication skills and problem-solving skills

61具备优秀的领导能力与团队合作精神，能够在复杂环境下有效推动工作
Excellent leadership and teamwork spirit, able to work effectively under complex environments

61与其他服务机构、客户和供应商保持外交联系
Diplomatic in contact with the other services, customers, and suppliers.

61 流利的英语和良好的办公应用（Word，Excel，Outlook，Presentation）技能
Fluent English and good at office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Presentation) skills.
