Continuously provide technical solutions and training to improve customer satisfaction. 持续提供售后服务技术支持解决方案培训,提升客户满意度。

Job description工作描述:
1/Assist onsite service engineers and PC engineering team in solving difficult or complex problems in the field. 协助现场服务工程师解决现场出现的疑难或复杂产品问题;
2/Support product quality development from root causes analysis and work-out solutions with engineering and production departments via TCM and PQM。支持产品质量的改进,与工程部、生产部等部门通过TCM和PQM机制讨论并制定解决方案。
3/Assess and improve onsite technical service capability and professionalism performed by technicians. 评估并提高现场服务的技术能力和专业素养;
4/Maintain and upkeep the library on products, technical information, spare parts manual, ECB updates and other related technical documents. Ensure smooth information flows to all concerned. 维护并更新有关产品、技术信息、零件手册、ECB设计更新及其它相关技术文件的资料库,确保信息的顺畅传递;
5/Provide technical training to service and sales team, including written training material and training plan. 为服务和销售团队提供技术培训,包括培训资料和培训计划的制作;
6/Provide technical support to Equipment Sales & aftermarket sales personnel. 为整机销售和服务销售人员提供技术支持;
7/Plan and control personal work to ensure assignments and solutions are accomplished on time and support the detailed planning of actions as required. 规划和管理个人工作,确保按时完成任务和解决方案,并根据需要制定详细行动规划;
8/Comply with the safety and quality management requirements of the company and related parties. 遵守公司及相关方的安全与质量管理要求。
9/Responsible for the establishment and implementation of all quality procedures related to technical support. 负责建立并实施所有与技术支持相关的质量程序。

Education & Experience Requirements:
1/Bachelor’s degree or above, Mechanical or electrical related majors. 机械或电气相关专业,本科以上学历;
2/Min. 3 years’ service experience on mechanical or electrical equipment, prioritize in compressor or industrial gas equipment. 3年以上机械或电气设备服务经历,有空压机或气体设备售后服务经验者优先。
Personality requirements个人要求
3/Good personal communication and team cooperation ability. 良好的个人沟通和团队协作能力;
4/Strong customer service consciousness. 具有较强的客户服务意识;
5/Good English in both spoken and written. 英语读写熟练;
6/Willing to travel. 愿意出差。
