Responsibilities: 1. Prospect and contact customers, find the sales leads, organize the technical and commercial meeting, make the quotation, negotiate and finalize the order with customers in refrigerator industry 2. Understand the customer demands and competition, convert them into English for better understanding and communication among German headquarters, China platform company and customers. Liaise with customers/market and give timely feedback to management 3. Formulate appliance machine sales strategy and tactics in China, take responsibility for its implementation and control 4. Build up the network and relationship with the customers and the parties concerned in the industry 5. Collect market intelligence 6. Lead the related marketing campaigns 7. Lead to ensure a good customer satisfaction level with customers in China 8. In charge of sales project management including technical clarification, order taking, down payment, LOC, FAT, delivery, customs clearance, installation, commissioning, SAT, warranty and so on Requirements: 1. Preferable candidates will have the experience in plastics related company e.g. thermoforming or injection; serving home appliances industry and good knowledge and network in the household refrigerator field would be a plus 2. Must have good and successful sales experience of at least >5 years in B2B equipment business 3. Must be good at communication and a good team player 4. Must have the competence to learn and know the technology of automated machine 5. Must have good command of written and oral English 6. Must be willing to travel frequently in China and Europe, travel frequency >50% 7. Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and have excellent integrity
