Job Responsibilities；
1. 计划实施公司内部体系审核与审核不符合项的追踪验证；
Arrange the IATF16949 system Internal Audit ，tracking and valuation all NG items ；
2. 第三方认证审核及审核不符的追踪验证；
Responsible for The Third parts TS16949 System audit and Tracking；
3.负责质量体系的维护、运行与持续改善
Responsible for maintenance of quality systems continue improvement
4.协调过程/产品审核；
Coordination The VDA6.3 process /VDA6.5 product audit
5.客户审核:Ford Q1（MSA、MMOG）、GM(QSB& GP-8) 、VW Formel-Q、Volvo 等。
The customer audit：as Ford Q1 （MSA、MMOG）、GM (QSB & GP-8 ) 、VW （Formel-Q）、Volvo etc.
6.CCC产品审核；
CCC Compulsory Product Certification；
7.其他审审核（客户特殊要求、抱怨等):质量部门其他相关的计划,组织和安排实施(客户投诉等)。
Any other Audit（Customer Complain etc.）：Quality Department plans of other related matters, organization and arrangements for implementation (Customer complaints, etc.)
8.文件符合性审核 The DCC document audit；
9.工程变更管理和审核 EC Management and audit；
10.新员工入职质量体系培训 Quality system training for new employee；
11.负责布拉诺宝陆所有质量体系的完善和维护及相关体系的建立
Be responsible for perfection and maintenance of quality management system as well as new buildup for related quality system
12.制定年度审核计划，并指导和监督每个工厂按计划完成年度审核
Be responsible for annual quality audit planning, and monitor and coach to complete annual audit for every plants of VCN China
13.每日/月度监控分层审核的实施，跟踪工厂的审核进度和完成情况
Monitor layered process audit in Daily/Monthly frequency, and follow up plant audit proceeding and completion status
14.通过WORKSHOP等方式完成关键和重要流程的改进，提高组织运行效率
Be responsible for key and important process improvement and improve organization running efficiency
15.负责布拉诺宝陆DCC文控工作室的日常管理工作，完善和优化不符合的文件控制流程
Be responsible for DCC document daily management, and perfect/optimize document control process
16.协调跨部门团队完成内审、客户方及第三方的质量管理体系审核
Coordinate cross function team to complete internal audit, customer audit and 3rd party quality management system audit
17.领导交代其他事情；Any other things as the leader requirements；

Job Requirements

1. 一年及以上汽车行业质量体系背景, 熟悉OEM客户要求及管理体系；

2. 优秀的逻辑分析、沟通和系统问题解决能力;

3. 具有IATF内审员证书、VDA6.3审核证书者优先考虑。
