Area of Responsibility / Duties:
1. 质量指标和客户质量指标(KPI)跟踪和汇报Reporting of quality key figures and customer Q-key figures (KPIs) 2. 协助产品开发流程,确保量产顺利启动Assisting with the product development process and supporting production start-ups 3. 协调内部创建缺陷样品板,并在初次生产或新产品阶段就缺陷样品与客户进行谈判签订Supporting the creation of limit samples and conducting limit sample negotiations for initial and new productions 4. 参与优化产品测试能力和测试设备过程Participation in the optimization of product testing and test equipment 5. 支持返工操作,当返工合格率异常时跟踪原因分析并进行改善。Supporting re-sorting and implemention measures in the event of high failure rates 6. 对全生产过程从质量角度进行跟踪,必要时提出优化建议Quality planning for the various finishing processes 7. 与销售、开发、项目和生产部合作,优化生产流程。Collaboration with sales, development and production to optimize processes. 8. 客户投诉处理和投诉统计管理(记录和分析质量数据和成本),包括相应的沟通。Complaint processing and management of complaint statistics (recording and analysis of quality data and costs) including corresponding communication. 9. 参与质量体系管理要求相关的文件创建及执行Collaboration in the further development of the QA systems and creation of system-relevant documents 10. 质量负责人交予的其它工作Other job assigned by Head of Quality
