Job Summary：
Tasks including:
-Production process quality control
-Nonconformity products management
-Internal complaint coordination

Responsibilities:
Production process quality control
- Daily line walk
- Product failure root cause analysis (team work), diagnosis, traceability
- Quality control planning for new products: initiate FPI/LPI inspection plan, product and shipping audit plan on basis of production control plan
- Conduct layer process audit
- Support process capability release approval (IPA, IPL)
- Support and implementation of improvement processes (e.g. BPS, CIP Projects)

Nonconformity products management
- Track and block suspicious products in case of quality problems
- Track special releases
- Coordinate rework process

Internal complaint coordination
- Register internal complaints and support as coordination during problem solving
- Verify the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions
- Quality alert distribution/training/tracking

Educational Background (Language):
-Junior college and above, mechanical engineering related major
-English reading and writing

Job Relevant Knowledge:
-Quality tools / QM basics (Problem solving, PPAP, SPC, FMEA)
-Turbocharger manufacturing or function knowledges preferred

Work Experience:
-3 years’ process quality control experience in auto industry
or
-3 years’ experience in relative skilled engineering technician, extensive experience in manufacturing area
