Main Task
岗位职责：
1. Supplier developing,include supplier release audit & follow suppliers' APQP;
供应商开发，包括供应商审核及APQP跟踪；
2. Supplier quality agreement assessment and negotiate;
供应商质量协议评估；
3. Supplier PPAP approval, include new projects and old project design change / process change;
供应商PPAP认可，包括新项目和旧项目的变更；
4. Push the SQM procedure and supervise the performance;
推动公司供应商品质管理流程并监督执行情况；
5. Responsible for the goal of supplier improvement. Dealing with and follow up quality issues and customer’s complaint for component, analyzing the root cause and push suppliers’ quick correction；
对供应商品质改善目标负责；对重大品质异常及顾客投诉材料问题做出追踪处理，原因分析并提出改进的建议；
6. Communicate and coordinate internal and external divisions to solve problems that affect company benefit, finish SQE department’s other works;
协调、沟通内外部门，完成供应商质量部任务；
7. Optimize the platform of supplier communication and dispose of the component quality issue in company;
优化供应商品质沟通平台及公司内部材料品质问题处理；
Requirement:
任职资格：
1. College degree or above, with major in machenial is prefered;
学历大专以上，机械专业优先；
2. At least 5 years injection painting/plating experience in auto industry, skilled on quality and statistic tools (fish bone,5why,8D etc), work experience in automotive industry a plus.
5年以上汽车行业注塑/喷漆/电镀工作经验，熟悉质量分析和统计工具，汽车行业工作经验者优先.
3. With strong accountability and keep good relationship with internal customer & suppliers;
具有强烈的责任心并与内部客户、供应商保持良好沟通；
4. Good management and coordination skills;
优秀的管理和协调能力；
5. Fluent English communication skill in both oral and written;
流利的英语口头和书面沟通能力；
