Responsibilities:
Moderate and optimize P-FMEA and tracking improvements to reduce RPN
Define quality specifications per control plan
Prepare customer PPAP/EMPB to get approval
Coach and coordinate Internal process acceptance included key product and process characteristics
Quality Gates coordination
Release of customer-EMPB
Release of internal EMPB
Customer feedback
Lead team to accomplish related KPIs, including master of FMEA moderator
Global communication for quality improvements, i.e. lessons learned coordination

Qualifications:
5 years above quality management working experience in automobile spare parts industry
Ability to work in a team
