o Responsible for internal defect cost motoring and improvement. 负责内部缺陷成本的监控和改进。
o Team player and close cooperation with other function team, for example: lean production, QMS, process, production, material planning etc. 具有团队合作精神，与其他部门紧密合作，如精益生产，质量管理体系，流程，生产，物料计划等。
o Follow up laws, regulations and HSE rules, attend HSE activity and training timely, follow position HSE requirement。遵守国家法律法规及公司相关HSE规章制度， 参与HSE活动与培训，履行本岗位HSE要求等。
