Main tasks :
1.Prepare necessary Quality assurance documents according to Quality system(mainly ISO, and if needed GB,ASME,KGS， Classification Society related and so on), code, customers’ requirements; such as Manual, procedures, Quality plan, etc 根据质量体系、规范、客户的要求编制必要的质量保证文件(主要ISO9001,必要时GB,ASME,KGS及船级社相关 等等)，如手册、体系程序文件、质量计划等
2.Lead all the preparation of system(including EHS) audit(yearly internal audit, weekly or biweekly workshop audit, external audit, third party audit), certificate or renew , and all founding following till closed 主导所有体系相关（包括EHS）的体系审核(年度内审、周或者双周现场审、外审、第三方审核)、取证、换证的所有准备工作,及所有审核遗留项的跟踪改进直至关闭
3. Assist Quality manager to develop, maintain and implement quality management and improvement system, and formalize related report once needed. 协助质量经理建立、维护和实施质量管理及改进体系，需要时形成相关报告
4.Provide necessary training to inspectors or relevant operators according to QUALITY system procedures 依据建立的程序文件对检验员或操作人员进行必要的培训
5. Quality related data record/ analysis/follow up so that drive the improvement of the quality, formalize related report and call for all related personal to attend the meeting to make up/ and following action plan till closed 质量相关数据 统计 分析及跟踪以推动质量改进。需要时形成相关报告，并组织相关人员参加定期会议编制行动项方案并跟踪直至关闭
6. System (including EHS) related documentations control: editing/updating, archiving, distribution, etc. 体系相关(包括EHS 体系)的文件的编辑/更新、归档、分发等控制
7. Communication/ Training of System information/knowledge to all related parties.
体系信息/知识的相关方沟通及培训
8. Prepare Quality Monthly Report, lead Monthly Quality Meeting, formalize the output of meeting and follow till closing 编写质量月度报告，主导质量月度会议，跟进会议输出项直至关闭
9. Other responsibility specified in the Management system especially Quality related. 体系规定的其它管理职责,尤其是质量管理体系

Other Must:
1. At least three years or above quality assurance and quality control experience of machinery industry; be familiar with mechanical products fabrication process and quality control requirements 至少三年以上机械产品质量保证及质量控制工作经验,熟悉容器类产品制造工艺流程及质量控制要求者优先
2. Quality related system management experience 质量相关的体系管理经验
3. Ability to read fabrication and assembly drawings 有机械产品读图能力
4. Good computer skill , such as Word, Excel, PPT， etc 熟练运用Micro-office（Word，Excel, PPT）办公软件
5. Good computer document editing capabilities and document management skill 良好的文档编辑、文档管理能力
6. Good English reading and writing skill，and usable oral English 良好的英文读写能力,口语可用
7. Good written & spoken communication skill and teamwork spirit 良好的书面及口头沟通能力及团队合作精神
8. Internal auditor of IS09001:2008 is preferred 有ISO9001:2008 内审员证尤佳
9. Bachelor degree or above with machinery，engineering background 本科及以上学历，机械、工程类专业背景
