Responsibilities: 61 Develop and improve the assembly and balancing process incl. related support processes, define the process specification and estimate the potential quality problem in production line. Create process description and test/inspection/verification methods; 61 Self-dependent planning and performing of process development, incl. procurement of needed parts, material, fixtures and equipment; try-out in accordance with station availability; 61 Advise and assist the procurement of equipment, fixtures, devices and tools which meet corporate and customer quality and financial requirements; 61 Assist with the development of process document such as PFMEA, process flow charts, control plan etc. with manufacturing units as required; 61 Plan and implement the training program for relevant personnel; 61 Be responsible for the trouble shooting and root cause analysis with support of quality team, maintenance team and technique team; 61 Be responsible for new product transfer project, include process flow definition, equipment purchasing and acceptance, new sample production; 61 Regular communication with project team; 61 Support budget planning and monitoring. 61 Other tasks assigned by manager.
