Main tasks工作内容和任职要求 :
1.To prepare necessary quality control documents according to drawing, standards, customers’ requirements, such as check list, inspection and testing plan , etc. and monitor its implementation, to make sure that all customers’ viewpoints be taken into account at all the stages of execution of order 根据图纸、标准、客户的要求编制必要的质量控制文件，如检查表、检验试验计划等并监视其执行，确保客户的所有要求
2. To prepare necessary quality control record and/or inspection, test report basing on actual inspecting and testing result 基于实际的检验及试验结果编制必要的质量控制记录及检验试验报告
3. To prepare the necessary quality control procedure 策划编制必要的质量控制程序文件
4. To provide necessary training to inspectors or relevant operators according to built template 依据建立的规范对检验员或操作人员进行必要的培训
5. To coordinate the inspection of customer or third party, make sure the customer satisfaction 客户或第三方检验的协调沟通，确保客户满意
6. To assist QEHS Manager in quality system audit and manufacturing license application/renewal 协助QEHS 经理进行质量体系审核及制造许可证的申领及换证
7. Follow for quality issue dealing, lead for Quality improvement and process optimization 跟踪、推动解决质量问题，推动质量改进及过程优化
8. Support inspector for inspection 支持检验员检验工作

Must 必须技能
1. Bachelor degree or above with engineering background 本科及以上学历
2. Two years or above quality control experience of machinery industry，be familiar with mechanical products fabrication 2年以上机械产品质量控制工作经验,熟悉容器类产品制造工艺流程及质量控制要求
3. Be familiar with mechanical products inspection ,test and inspection instruments using, familiar with machining process and inspection. 熟悉机械产品的检验试验及检验试验工具的使用，熟悉机加工工艺及检验
4. Be familiar with welding inspection of pressure vessel or mechanical products. Be familiar with cryogenic pump or combustion/burner will be priority 熟悉压力容器或机械产品的焊接检验；熟悉低温泵行业优先；熟悉燃烧器行业优先
5. Ability to read fabrication and assembly drawings 有机械产品读图能力
6. Good computer skill , such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc 熟练运用Micro-office（Word，Excel）办公软件
7. Good English reading and writing skill and usable oral English 良好的英文读写能力,口语可用尤佳
8. Good written & spoken communication skill and teamwork spirit 良好的沟通沟通能力及团队合作精神
9. ISO9000 quality system management experience and quality management tools IS09000 质量体系管理经验及质量管理工具
