- Achieve order intake target , identify potential future targets for New Powertrain product. - Manage and review cost calculation , prepare quotation and negotiation with customers. - Personally make face-to-face customer visits to secure new business / key customers - Price/cost controlling for development projects as well as running & booked business. - Organize and manage the various requirements /documents from customers. - Organize and manage the various activities of internal business to support end customers. - Keep long term customer satisfaction and attract customers loyalty - Plan, organize sales activities in close cooperation with the sales and engineering teams both in China and HQ. - Maintain order intake list and overdue control. - Competition monitoring and market research. - Initiate, control, monitor Quality Gate 0 according to project management process(U9) - Other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements: - Bachelor degree or above. - Automotive business experience of OEMs, Experience on NEV E axel/Motor is a plus. - Good at English
