61 Approval programming of CMM and results documentation
61 Monitoring the facilities and the measuring room according to DIN templates
61 Test equipment calibration and MSA management
61 Maintain laboratory according to ISO17025 spec
61 Plan quality assurance test
61 Plan and development measurement capex
Process Quality
61 In charge of *** parts inspection and Last parts inspection
61 Responsible process quality control as well as product quality
61 Work with production and SQ team for product quality control
61 Track quality improvements and CIPs with team
61 Concession and internal complaint management
Incoming Inspection
61 Responsible incoming inspection release
61 Determination of test methods
61 ISIR samples (internal and supplier) measurement and approval
Job Requirements:
Educational background
61 University education / technical college education of engineering (machine engineering, automotive engineering or electrical engineering )
61 Experience and knowledge of quality management or related function
61 Experience in automobile industry
Job relevant knowledge
61 Knowledge of the functional principle of a turbocharger, individual part and whole product
61 Knowledge of the production, qualification and measurement methods
61 Employment and leader programming of the measurement equipment
61 Process organization, description and implementation (process management, capability maturity model, change management)
61 Project management
61 Text layout (eg. Email, ppt, letters, reports, press releases)

61 Measurement engineering with leadership position
