Responsibilities: 1.Establish good know-how about chassis products, customers and competition situation 2.Develop Mubea China Chassis business in coordination with BD 3.Get/Review/Check new RFQs of customers with engineering team 4.Follow up internal cost calculation 5.Prepare prices and quotations according to Mubea and BU target/strategy as well as customer milestones 6.Follow up customer sourcing process 7.Price negotiation with the customers, get the contracts(nomination contract, annual price contract) from the customers, lead the internal review of the contracts 8.Cost and price tracking as well as change management for running & booked business 9.Make sales planning (budget/mid- and long term) 10.Execute/implement business development and sales KPI. 11.Maintain close communication with other regions for global projects 12.Good customer relationship with OEM Changan, Seres, Dongfeng or new OEMs 13.Sensitive to find out new business opportunity
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree. 2. More than 5 years of sales experience in automotive industry, good communication and negotiation ability. 3. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
