Main Targets/主要目标:
Based on the sales department’s obejectives and goals to accomplish the assigned budget. Assists sales manager to complete the cost analysis in tandem with rolling forecast.
根据销售部门的目标和目标完成分配的预算。协助销售经理完成成本分析和滚动预测。

Main Accountabilities/主要职责:
1.Maintain good relationship with assigned customer, fully understand customer's internal status and their purchasing strategy, achieve sales target in the assigned customers.
与指定客户保持良好的关系,充分了解客户的内部状况和采购策略,完成指定客户的销售目标。
2.Excels at conducting cost analysis to ensure that we could quote novel projects wisely while achieving a good financial performance in tandem with sales manager’s support.
擅长进行成本分析,以确保我们能够明智地报价新项目,同时在销售经理的支持下取得良好的财务业绩。
3.Organize inner cross functional team to evaluate the cost and feasible study, after receiving RFQ from customer.
收到新RFQ之后组织内部团队进行成本与可行性评估。
4.On hand experiences with local OEM and willing to change the status quo and never rest on your laurels.
有国内主机厂经验的为佳,敢于挑战现状,不满足于现状与过往的成绩。
5.Support project depatment enough information to kick-off projects , when get nomination.
客户定点之后将报价信息传递给项目部门以支持内部项目启动.
6.Assist sales manager in tandem with the MC department to monthly release annual customer forecasts in the assigned customers while tweaking the forecast timely to cushion the blow if there is a big deviation pops up
协助销售经理与MC部门一起,每月在指定客户中发布年度客户预测,并及时调整预测,以缓冲出现大偏差的冲击
7.Monitor customer payment status, minimizeoverdue amount in the assigned customers.
监控客户付款状况,尽量减少指定客户的逾期金额。
8.Other ad hoc tasks assigned from leader.
上级安排的其他任务。

Required Qualification /岗位任职要求:
1.Bachelor Degree and above.本科及以上;
2.1. Strong organizational skills, ability to work with all departments具备较强的组织能力和跨部门合作能力;
3. Good at MS office,especially PPT.熟悉office软件,擅长PPT制作;
4.English can be used as the working language.英语可作为工作语言;
5.Familiar with assigned local OEM business, resilience to juggle with uncertainties .熟悉主机厂业务,熟悉指定的OEM业务,能够适应不确定因素。
