Job Description: 1.Perform actively customer visits & participate in exhibitions trade shows and conferences. By presenting BRUSS products identifying current & future customer needs including customer platform milestones, volumes etc, enhance the customer engagement and build up strategic/long-term customer relationships to drive business growth and sales productivity. 2.Initiate the potential & Key business list for each customer and managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities with the support of internal cross-functions(R&D, AE, SEC etc) including product development, focusing on new business acquisition. 3.Provide customer BRUSS technical solutions with the support of AE, get the inquiry and RFQ from customer, leading & tracking the quotation to customer until nomination. 4.Leading the annual price negotiation activities (define the saving concept, present it to internal management team and negotiate with customer acc to the internal approved concept) until price agreement signed with customer. 5.Collect customer demand - short term & long term for internal business plan generation and monitor the changes from customer. 6.Responsible for the internal approval, tracking, signing and change of sales contract, and contract management.
