Key Responsibilities 主要职责 - 快速、主动地开发、设置、管理和运行材料加工及新能源汽车市场业务的销售网络; Develop, set up, manage and run sales net for Material process and E-mobility business quickly and proactively.
- 建立和实施中国市场材料加工及新能源汽车业务数据库; Create & implement database of Material process and E-mobility business in China Market.
- 数据分析,制定行动计划,以提升康斐尔在材料加工及新能源汽车市场的业务份额; Data analysis to define action plan for increasing of Material process and E-mobility Business.
- 建立材料加工及新能源汽车行业的主要项目清单,推动内部资源提高项目成功率 Create the projects funnel, and work together with internal resource to increase the win rate.
- 开发销售渠道,包括但不限于建立主要合作伙伴/经销商网络,准备和推广销售工具; Develop sales channels , incl. but not limited to creation of key partner / reseller network, preparation & promotion of sales tools.
- 建立并维护国内国外行业大客户的联系,开发大客户业务; Build and maintain close relationships and partnerships with local and global key accounts. Develop and expand business in key strategic accounts.
- 团队目标和 KPI 由主管制定,并与奖金挂钩。 The team's goals and KPI are set by supervisor and linked to bonus.
- 其他上级安排的项目/任务。 Other projects/tasks assigned by supervisor.
Know-How 知识 - 认证大学或学院的学士学位(或被认可的其它学历)。机电/暖通/环境 /化工等相关专业均可。如有相关行业工作经验,则专业上可以放宽 Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school). Major in HVAC/Building/Environment are best. - 了解空气洁净工艺,熟悉工业产品销售工作流程。具有工业产品销售经验,新能源汽车,精密机械,暖通行业经验。 Knowledge about clean air process, or sales experience related to industrial products such as E-mobility, Precision machinery, HVAC will be a plus. - 至少6 年以上销售、市场或业务开发经验。 At least 6 additional years of experience in sales, marketing or business development. - 拥有自己的销售渠道和成熟的客户群体。 Have own sales channels and mature customer groups. - 能够独立选型,报价,设计的优先。 Independent type selection, quotation, engineering are preferred.
Skills技能 - 有现场技术服务和支持背景优先。 Background in on-site technical service and support is preferred. - 需具备与内、外部合作伙伴,客户和供应商良好的沟通能力。 Good communication skill with internal or external partners, customers and vendors is required. - 必须清楚地了解和沟通解决客户所遇到的问题。 Clearly define and communicate problems as perceived by the customer is MUST. - 良好的团队合作意识,客户导向,注重质量和纪律。 Strong sense on team work, customer orientation, quality and discipline is highly preferred. - 较强的组织能力和领导能力。 Organizational skills and leadership on a large scale. - 结果和目标导向。 Result & target driven. - 流利的语言和书面表达能力,英语能力优秀者优先。 Fluent spoken and written in Chinese is must and in English is preferred.
