Responsibilities: 61 Company VIP/government officer/Key customer visit reception and preparation 61 Daily janitorial service management with 3rd contractors including performance rating and improvement action. 61 Company dormitory management from facility management perspective (electricity, water, AC, safety…) 61 Shuttle bus/canteen (food delivery) service daily management 61 Utilities billing documentation collection and claim with landlord and finance team 61 Co-work with FM contractors on facility/equipment maintenance case including but not limited to the operation and maintenance of the HVAC air conditioning system, electricity, process cooling water, compressed air, vacuum, lighting, etc. 61 Co-work with FM contractors on spare parts purchasing and replacement 61 Co-work with general contractors on the facility maintenance issue follow-up 61 Device performance monitoring and providing optimization suggestions. 61 Equipment maintenance record filing and summary report.
Requirements: 61 More than 8 years’ work experience related. 61 Preferred to have multi-national company experience. 61 Good command of oral and written English 61 Admin or program/project admin background is a plus. 61 Excellent communication skills with cross function teams 61 Willing to OT during weekend or national holiday
