Duties and Responsibilities主要职责 1. Work with CB (Commodity Buyer) to formalize the proper supplier strategy and implement accordingly. 和商务采购一起完成供应商战略并执行。 2. Well familiar with the product and parts; lead the technical review with supplier. 熟悉产品和零件；主导与供应商的技术讨论。 3. After awarding, take the ownership to develop the parts according to project timing, including tooling kickoff, OTS sample, PPAP evaluation, safe launch control and smooth ramp-up. 项目定点后，负责供应商的零件开发满足项目进度，包括开模、样件制作、PPAP评审、试生产控制以及顺利量产爬坡。 4. Responsible for material quality issue, track supplier 8D activities. Support internal team for other material related issue, such as capacity improvement, customer complaint. 负责供应商的质量问题，跟踪供应商的8D活动。支持内部团队处理其他原材料相关问题，如产能提升、客户投诉等。 5. Create incoming inspection criteria and WI, provide relevant training to IQC. Escalate CSL1 and CSL2 base on the supplier performance and MAHLE procedures. 制定进料检验标准和作业指导书，提供相关的培训。根据供应商质量表现及公司流程，负责升级原材料的受控发运CLS1和CSL2。 6. Support buyer for supplier cost reduction. 支持采购对供应商实施降本措施。 7. Conduct audit activities at supplier plant, such as VDA6.3 process audit, PPAP audit, 8D audit, to ensure the stability of supplier process and quality system. 实施供应商审核活动，如VDA6.3过程审核、PPAP审核、8D审核等，以确保供应商制造过程和质量体系的稳定。 8. Responsible for the change management from supplier. 负责供应商的变更管理。 9. Reporting on supplier quality. 供应商质量的汇报。 10. Other tasks assigned by SQE supervisor. 部门主管安排的其他工作。
Requirements任职要求 1. Junior college or above, major in mechanical or engineering; Minimum 5 years in quality field in automotive industry. 大专以上学历，机械或工程专业；汽车行业质量领域工作5年。 2. Fluent English in speaking and writing; Good communication skill. 英语口语和书写流利；良好的沟通能力。 3. Familiar with molding parts management experience; 3.2.4. Familiar with molding technology, familiar with plastic tooling structure with deep understanding, like cooling channel layout, gate systems and their impacts on product quality and injection molding processes; capable of troubleshooting mold-related issues throughout development and mass production phases; comprehensive knowledge of mold steel materials and plastic resin properties; experienced in resolving material-related defects and process challenges about plastic tooling or process; ability to interpret mold flow analysis results and provide optimization recommendations for mold structure improvements; knowledge in GD&T interpretation and skill in selecting appropriate measurement methodologies and designing, inspection fixtures based on technical drawings. 具有注塑工艺相关零部件产品的开发管理经验；精通塑料模具结构，水路分布，浇口等对于产品和注塑工艺的影响，能解决开发和量产发生的涉及到模具和工艺相关的问题；熟悉模具钢材，塑料粒子相关特性，对应材料常发生的问题处理; 能读懂模流分析结果，和根据结果在模具或者结构上做对应优化和建议；精通图纸识别特别是GD&T，熟悉测量相关手法，能根据图纸判断出对应测量方式、工装等。 4. Familiar with IATF16949 and core tools; Well experienced in APQP, PPAP activities. 熟悉IATF16949及核心工具；有丰富的APQP,PPAP方面经验。 5. Travel is required. 需要出差。
