MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES /主要职责:
1. Planning Team Development:
计划团队发展 :
1.1 Formulate the way of working of Supply Chain Department with internal stake holders such as Sales, R&D, Production, Purchasing, etc.
制定供应链部门的工作方式,与内部利益相关者(如销售、研发、生产、采购等)共同制定供应链部门的工作流程和协作模式。
1.2 Grow and develop individuals through effective coaching and quality mentoring.
通过有效的辅导和高质量的指导,培养和提升团队成员的能力。
2. Manage Service Levels:
管理服务水平:
2.1 Handle all major operational issues to ensure physical execution within agreed service le-vels and achieve the OTIF(Customer/Supplier) targets as set out by the company.
处理重大运作问题:确保在约定的服务水平内完成实际操作,并达成公司设定的按时交货率(客户/供应商)目标。
3. Cost Optimisation & Reduction:
成本优化与降低:
3.1 Develops plans / initiatives to reduce overall Supply Chain costs.
制定计划/举措以降低整体供应链成本
3.2 Develops plans regarding logistic activities and processes based on the analysis of annual turnover.
根据年度周转分析,制定有关物流活动和流程的计划。
4. Planning Management:
计划管理:
4.1 Demand planning management, customer FC model and risk analysis, customer order ma-nagement with EDI.
需求计划管理,客户预测模型(FC模型)和风险分析,通过电子数据交换(EDI)进行客户订单管理。
4.2 Production Capacity Management, develop production plans for the site/s including staffing & processes (MPS) into daily sequencing and execution.
产能管理:为厂区制定生产计划,包括人员配置与流程(主生产计划,MPS)的细化,将其转化为日常排序和执行计划。
4.3 Raw material planning from MRP result, track and trace incoming material order to assure the material readiness to ensure the continuous supply according to production need.
原材料计划:根据物料需求计划(MRP)的结果,跟踪和追溯原材料订单,确保原材料的准备就绪,以满足生产的连续供应需求。
4.4 Inventory Planning including raw material, WIP and finish goods inventory management (turn rate, aged, DOH, safety stock, distribution), gap analysis with deviation and PDCA cycle.
库存计划:包括原材料、在制品和成品库存管理(周转率、库存龄期、平均库存天数、安全库存、库存分配),进行差距分析、偏差分析并执行PDCA(计划-执行-检查-行动)循环。
4.5 SIOP (Sales, Inventory, Operation Planning) process owner, facilitating the sub-procedure and main procedure.
SIOP(销售、库存、运营计划)流程负责人:负责推动子流程和主流程的实施。
5. Warehouse and Distribution Management:
仓储与配送管理:
5.1 assure the material inbound & finish goods outbound daily operation fulfil both internal and external needs.
确保原材料入库和成品出库的日常操作,满足内部和外部的需求。
5.2 Optimises the logistic flow (goods receiving, goods pick up, storage) and physical storage system in the warehouse.
优化物流流程(包括货物接收、货物拣选、存储)以及仓库的物理存储系统。
5.3 Align with shipment resource with logistic forwarder to assure the OTIF from customer.
与物流承运人协调运输资源,确保按时交货(OTIF)以满足客户需求。
6. Packaging Management
包装管理:
6.1 Develop packaging solutions that meet product characteristics and customer needs, inclu-ding the audit and approval of supplier packaging, the development of in-process and ship-ping packaging, and the continuous improvement and optimization of packaging perfor-mance.制定符合产品特性及客户需求的包装解决方案,包括供应商来货包装的审核批准、开发生产过程包装及出货包装,并不断完善、优化包装性能。
6.2 Screen and manage packaging material suppliers, and continuously optimize packaging costs while meeting product characteristics and transportation requirements.
筛选并管理包装材料供应商,在满足产品特性及运输要求的前提下,不断优化包装成本。
7. System Management :
系统管理:
7.1 ERP daily management with operation running, workflow handling with errors and bias, mas-ter data regular house cleaning. Key user supporting to other function if needed.
ERP日常管理:负责ERP系统的日常运行,处理工作流程中的错误和偏差,定期清理主数据。根据需要为其他部门提供关键用户支持。
7.2 Other Supply Chain related system function management (EDI, portal, etc..), data ware-house and report management.
其他供应链相关系统功能管理(如电子数据交换(EDI)、门户网站等),数据仓库和报表管理。
8. Collaboration: & Relationship Building:
协作与关系建设:
8.1 Coordinates, challenge with Sales and Production departments and with the technical ser-vices department and discusses relevant challenges.
与销售、生产部门以及技术服务部门协调并挑战相关问题,讨论相关的挑战。
8.2 Proactively facilitate and recommended re-engineering, best practices & consensus bet-ween functional areas (Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing, Operations, Finance and IT).
积极促进并推荐跨功能领域的流程再造、***实践和共识(包括供应链、销售/市场、运营、财务和IT)。
8.3 Corresponds, consults, and coordinates with suppliers and shippers about logistic matters.
与供应商和承运人沟通、咨询并协调物流相关事宜。
8.4 Works with other departments to identify SKU rationalisation / opportunities.
其他部门合作,识别SKU优化/机会。
8.5 Collaborate with function leads to ensure improved execution.
与各功能负责人协作,确保提升执行效率。
9. Target and KPI:
目标与关键绩效指标(KPI):
9.1 Target setting with Supply Chain related KPI Scorecard, keep up Continuous Improvement from daily activities and small steps.
与供应链相关的KPI记分卡设定目标,通过日常活动和小步快跑的方式持续推进持续改进。
9.2 Involved in New Product Introduction (NPI) and completes the relevant MDM template/s.
参与新产品引入(NPI)并完成相关的MDM(主数据管理)模板。
9.3 Monitors the budgets and explains deviations.
监控预算并解释偏差。
9.4 Draws up overviews and statistics (or instructs this to be done) and assesses/explains data to key stakeholders.
制定概览和统计数据(或指导他人完成),并向关键利益相关者评估和解释数据。
10. Team leadership :
团队领导力:
10.1 Leading team, set up role model for the team (Planning and warehouse & distribution)
领导团队,为团队树立榜样(计划、仓储与配送)。
10.2 Steer mid-term and long-term development strategy for the team, build up team competency.
制定团队的中期和长期发展战略,提升团队能力。
10.3 Promote Supply Chain Specialty to the Organization, influencing and contributing to Plant Operations.
在组织内推广供应链专业能力,影响并为工厂运营做出贡献。
11. Other assignments from supervisor.
如工作需要执行上级领导安排的其它任务。
REQUIRED Qualification/岗位资格要求:
1. Education background and working experience:
教育背景与工作经验:
1.1 Master’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistic, Business Administration or Eco-nomics;
硕士或本科学历,专业为供应链管理、物流、工商管理或经济学;
1.2 More than 5 years working experience in a supply chain management role (Plan-ning/Warehouse/Inbound & outbound logistic) in the auto industry;
5年以上供应链管理相关经验(计划、仓储、物流进出),有汽车行业经验;
1.3 More than 2 years’ experience in a leading role;
2年以上团队领导经验;
1.4 Detail oriented. Extremely accurate and self-motivated. Ability to influence and motivate cross functional teams, strong and effective communication, and documentation skills;
注重细节,极度准确,自我激励能力强。能够影响和激励跨职能团队,具备出色的沟通能力和文档撰写能力;
1.5 Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, autonomous but a true team player, good time-management skills, great interpersonal and communication skills;
具备批判性思维和解决问题的能力,能够独立工作,同时是团队合作的典范,时间管理能力强,人际交往和沟通能力出色;
2. Skill:
技能:
2.1 English and Chinese fluent speaker. Good written command of English;
流利的英语和中文听说读写能力;
2.2 Experience with MS Office, Access, SAP or other ERP/DRP/MRP functionality, better with SAP implementation experience (SD/MM module);
熟练使用MS Office、Access,以及SAP或其他ERP/DRP/MRP系统功能,具备SAP实施经验(SD/MM模块)者优先。
