1.Responses for customer issues and quality improvement. 2.Leads and participates in customer quality meetings, drive multi Dept to do investigation and complete root cause analysis and corrective actions. 3.Prepares Failure Analysis report and coordinates team to ensure on time delivery of Failure Analysis report to customer. 4.Continuously improving QA receiving inspection process and procedures, create and maintain company quality documentation, such as quality manuals, quality procedures, checklist etc. 5.Participate in new supplier development and audit, new sample validation and PPAP review. 6.Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions. 7.Support to Product and process audit. 8.Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as Lean and Six Sigma methods, etc. 9.Assist Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system. 10.Other work assigned by Quality manager.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or other related is preferred; At least five years of related experience in quality control & assurance functions in manufacturing industry. 2. Knowledge of APQP, Process Control Plans, PFMEA, 8D, Lean & Six Sigma. 3. Familiar with office software, SAP, ERP and other system operation experience. 4. Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system, Internal Auditor, Green Belt and Lean certificate is preferred. 5. Have good organizational, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills. 6. Fluent English reading writing and speaking skill. 7. Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit, positive and careful work attitude, take initiative and drive for results with problem-solving mindset.
