职位描述：
1. Handling customer complaints for Electrical equipment and electronics rejects.
2. Perform the circuitry analysis and functionality check for returned electronics and Electrical parts.
3. To issue the failure analysis report or 8D of customer quality complaint and Ensure all failure information could be reregistered into the salesforce system.
4. Cross function with Global and local teams to solve critical quality cases.
5. Establish good communication and relationship with customers.
6. Be Involved the D-FMEA and technical risk assessment progress for El. Equipment and electronics development.
7. Feedback the customer voice or requirements and support on PMT/VPD/NPD projects.
8. In charge of local electronics development includes technical evaluation with PE, reliability test set up, manufacturing process evaluation and quality management.
9. Support to electronics design review with Global product team.

岗位要求：
1. Master’s degree on electrical or electronics related major.
2. At least 3-5 years experiences on electronics R&D or Testing position and be master with AC/DC ; DC/DC rectifier circuit, such as boost and flyback circuit and inverter control, etc.
3. Be mastered in PCBA development progress and manufacturing process.
4. Good skills in circuit or component debug by all kinds of equipment, multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, signal generators etc.
5. With the experience of supplier development is preferred.
6. Be experienced in automotive industry would be better.
Pass CET-6 for English. Good communication and coordination skill in fluent Chinese and English language and willing to travel, good operation for office, Minitab and other relevant software.
7. Strong capability on problem solving.
8. Good ability to compressive capacity.
9. Electronics and electrical part theory and analysis ability.
10. Good communication and negotiation skills.
