岗位职责描述 1. 应用质量控制方法(PQCP/PFMEA/***等),保证产品和过程质量持续稳定满足offer要求。 --Deploy quality control methods(PQCP,PFMEA,***…) to ensure that product and process quality continuously and stably meet offer requirements. 2. 支持PQC及相关职能部门进行生产线质量解决、控制和恢复措施的实施,以保持生产线的顺利运行; --Support process quality technician and related functions on production line quality solving, containment and recover actions implement, to keep the production line running smoothly; 3.通过FFR、MDR、COPQ等质量指标监控产品质量,基于精益六西格玛/Kaizen/8D等改善方法,系统化推进绩效改进。 --Monitor the product quality by quality index such as FFR, MDR and COPQ,lead systematic performance improvement base on Lean & Six Sigma/Kaizen/8D methodology. 4.与相关部门协调,推动客户投诉的解决,需要时出具分析报告。 --Coordinate with relevant departments to facilitate the resolution of customer complaints and issue analysis reports as required. 5. 跟进产品的失效分析,推动产品问题的改善。 --Follow up the failure analysis of products, promote the improvement of product problems. 6.从质量角度支持项目在工厂的活动。与IQL/PQL合作,负责项目交付的质量交接。 --Support the project launching in the plant from quality function. Work with IQL/PQL and responsible for project deliveries handover in quality field. 7.数字化工具部署和优化。 --Digital tools deployment and optimization;
