DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES岗位职责描述：
1.Verify and validate product advance development for new projects, according to customers’ requirements to manage advance quality of new products;
进行产品的前期开发产品验证及确认，按照顾客需求进行新产品期质量控制；
2.Take charge of product quality control in the stage of roject development, work with related Engineers to ensure product advance quality meet customer requirement;
主导项目开发阶段的产品质量控制，并与相关工程师一起共同合作确保产品限期策划满足顾客要求；
3.Write the quality control part of the LRR documents; weekly updates, upload and post them on KANBAN;
完成项目开发产品LRR文件中质量控制部分的编制，并每周更新、上传、上看板；
4.Responsible for coordination of relevant Departmental staff to finish PPAP files to schedule;
协调相关部门员工按时完成PPAP文件；
5.Collect customer special requirements and follow up approval condition;
收集顾客的特定要求，并跟踪批准状态；
6.Solve internal, external and warranty quality issues.Implement root cause analysis, corrective actions and effectiveness verification;
处理公司内/外部（包括售后市场）质量问题点/投诉，进行根本原因分析，制定纠正预防措施并验证有效性;
7.Establish and update relevant quality documents;
根据顾客和生产过程要求,编写/更新相关质量文件；
8.Lead product audit and participate process audit;
主导产品审核，参与过程审核；
9.Provide inspection standard training to inspectors and operators;
培训作业及检验人员产品检验标准；
10.Responsible for tracking and verification the process of implementation for engineering change and special production work order;
对工程更改以及特殊生产工单的实施情况进行跟踪验证；
11. Achieve other tasks assigned by supervisor.
完成上级领导交付的其他工作任务。
QUALIFICATION岗位基本要求
1.Bachelor or above degree, major in science and engineering;
本科及以上文化程度，理工科专业；
2.Have quality control work experiences in manufacturing-type enterprise, at least 1year experience in auto industry experience is preferred;
生产型企业质量控制工作经验，至少1年质量控制工作经验，有汽车行业质量控制经验者优先；
3.Familiar with auto supply chain quality control management, IATF16949 system;
熟悉汽车供应链质量管理方法、IATF 16949体系标准；
4.Proficiency use quality management five core tools and analysis tools;
能熟练运用五大核心工具及常用统计分析工具；
5.Can use drawing software, such as CAD, UG etc. is preferred;
能够使用绘图软件(如CAD、UG等)者优先；
6.Have project development experience is preferred;
***有项目开发经验；
7.Should have good communication skill, team management andlead experiences;
良好沟通技巧和团队管理经验；
8.Good English Skills.
英文水平良好。
