Functional Responsibility 1. Receive and check pre-alert to be prepared for incoming shipments; 接收并核对预报信息; 2. Confirm arrival status and send arrival notice to consignee on time; 确认货物到达信息,及时发送到货通知书给收货人; 3. Coordinate Customs clearance process; 协调配合好进口清关手续; 4. Arrange door delivery; 安排好送货事宜; 5. Provide timely shipment status update to customer; 及时向客户更新货物操作的最新状态; 6. Prepare and send report to Customer if required; 根据客户的需求,准备并发送相关统计报告; 7. Confirm billing details (revenue and cost) for each shipment, and responsible for fixing any billing issues with origin; 做好每票货的账单确认工作,负责与海外沟通并解决账单问题; 8. Other works arranged by direct supervisor or department manager. 直接主管或部门经理安排的其他工作。 Personal Capabilities & Education 1. College graduate and above; 大专及以上学历; 2. Over 1 years related experience in sea import customer service / operations in multi-national freight forwarders; 1年或以上国际货运代理代理海运进口客服或操作工作经验; 3. Good written English, oral English capablility, be able to communicate with foreigner; 良好的英语书写及口语能力,能流利的与外国代理及同事沟通交流; 4. Good PC skills especially in MS Excel; 良好的电脑技能运用,尤其是Excel表格的使用; 5. Good communication skills. 良好的沟通交流技能。
