Key Responsibilities -A; Provide internal & external technical support. -B; Keep track the latest technology development at domestic and oversea. -C; Develop new methods. -D; Help marketing colleagues to hold seminars. -E; Help sales colleagues to devolop business. -F; Involve in Group KMC operation to solve local problems. -G; Handle protocol, sorting & consolidating cases. -H; Handle major customer complaint. -I; Assist the laboratory in quality assurance, system maintenance, e.g. method validation, equipment validity, personnel competence, comparison tests, periodical verification, etc. Requirement -A; Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree is perferred. Major in science, engineering is perferred. -B; Customer-oriented, honest, hard working and strong self-learning ability. -C; Must be careful and responsible. Energetic, enthusiastic with good work. -D; Good command of English, especially literature reading. -E; Working experience in third-party testing lab is preferred. -F; Pleasant personality with good team spirit.
