The Role:
1. Be responsible for factory HV motor business/order increase in key OEM customer from compressor and pump application.
负责工厂高压电机在关键压缩机和泵应用OEM 客户的业务/订单增长。
2. Learn and Familiar Key customer application, clarifies customers target requirements and specification in request for quotation (RFQ) by cooperate with Region BD and sales.
学习和了解关键客户行业应用，与区域BD 和销售合作澄清客户目标及需求，准备客户方案。
3. Coordinates frame agreement, project planning (if necessary) and decides on allocation of resources, to fulfill business and customer order request.
协调准备框架协议，项目计划（如有需求）以及资源配置，以满足业务/客户订单需求。
4. Monitors target business/customer to achieve target KPI, and initiates portfolio feedback to related functions for actions to keep competitiveness.
监控目标业务/客户的KPI 达成，发起产品反馈给相关部门以采取措施保持竞争力。
5. Prepare promotion material, constant communication to customers, BD and sales, continuously improve customer satisfaction.
准备关键客户业务推广材料，保持同客户及其他相关方的沟通，持续提高关键客户满意度。
6. Manages and coordinates all temporarily assigned project staff.
管理并协调项目成员的工作。
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superior.
完成领导交办的其它任务。

Your Profile:
1. Bachelor or above major in Automation/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
本科以上学历，自动化、电气工程、机械专业优先
2. 3-5 years or above experience in industry brand, motor related field or business development/ project management field preferred.
3-5 年或以上工业领域工作经验，电机相关领域业务拓展、项目管理优先
3. Deep understanding on OEM or project business, e.g. pipeline management, cross function coordination and synergy, OEM, technical requirements, especially on HV and LV motor, etc.
理解OEM或项目型业务，例如项目清单管理，技术需求；了解压缩机或泵行业应用优先。
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
