61 Write high quality technical specifications from business/functional specifications
61 Contribute to design and implementation of application integration solutions
61 ETL Work for development projects
61 Meet committed project schedules and effort estimates
61 Contribute to implementation and enforcement of best practices related to standards and control of software code, testing and release management in ETL development
61 Supervision and management of junior and intermediary level ETL developers
61 Involve in the ETL migration work to Big data echo system

61 Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a top tier university
61 Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience in software development for financial markets businesses
61 Minimum of 5 years in application system development (DataStage)
61 Strong oral and written communication skills in English

61 Strong teamwork skills
61 Demonstrated ability to develop under a SDLC for both traditional waterfall and agile development methodologies
61 High proficiency (5+ years) in hands-on development in the following languages/technology:
o Datastage version 11.X and above
o Sybase Transact SQL and/or Oracle PL-SQL
o Unix shell scripting
o Windows, Linux and Unix operating systems
o Exposure to banking services
