Responsibilities:

1.Release the PO according to PR, place order to supplier timely and ensure
supplier’s delivery timely to meet our requirement.
根据PR下达采购订单，及时向供应商下订单，并确保供应商及时交货以满足
我们的要求。
2.Price inquiry and negotiation to get the competitive quotation on a timely
manner.
向供应商询价，进行价格谈判及时获得有竞争力的报价。
3.Keep the material’s inventory at a reasonable level to meet company’s
inventory goal.
保持合理的物料库存水平，以满足公司的库存目标。
4.Drive cost optimization activities to achieve saving target.
主导成本降低项目，实现降本目标。
5.Manage supplier contract and push supplier’s performance (quality/delivery
etc.) continuous improvement.
管理供应商并确保供应商的业绩（质量/交货等）持续改进。
6.Seek new qualified suppliers according to operating strategy and product
portfolio management.
寻找新的和潜在的合格供应商，并不断优化供应基地。
7.Complete tasks appointed by supervisor.
完成主管指定的任务。

Job Required Knowledge:
履行该职位应具备的基本知识:
1.Sourcing experience in supplier and commodities developing.
具备供应商和物料寻源采购经验。
2.Proficient with analytical skills (i.e., cost modeling, quotation analysis,
supplier risk management, etc.)
熟悉寻源开发分析技能，如成本模型，报价分析，供应商风险管理等等。
3.Category management experience in any of the following category or
commodities: Metals/Machining, Forging/Casting, Plastic Injection,
Electronics, Indirect Materials/MRO, etc.
有以下任意一类品类物料的管理经验：金属材料/机加工，锻造/铸造、注塑、
电子零件、耗材、间接物料/MRO等。

Desired Background:
背景要求
1.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical manufacture and Automation/ Mechanical
Engineering etc.
机械制造和自动化/机械工程等学士学位
2.At least 3 years working experience in related positions, preferred in
hydraulic industry enterprise.
至少3年相关职位的工作经验，来自液压行业企业优先。
3.Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
强烈的责任心和团队合作精神。
4.Strong negotiation skills
较强的谈判技巧。
5.Good English communication skills.
良好的英语沟通能力。
6.Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP system.
